In any case, the new riders must be equipped with safety equipment to practice with confidence. This set includes the bomb (riding helmet), riding pants, boots and gloves. Many equestrian centers offer them to their members.

How to choose the most suitable program?

At first, beginners of all ages should not worry about the quality of teaching, if it is provided by professionals. Indeed, educational courses in the field have really evolved in recent years.
The instructor has in principle the necessary luggage to adapt to his students. It can, for example, adopt a more playful approach for children or more technical explanations for older children.
However, the most delicate point is whether the instructor is really able to teach beginners. Many quality labels identify serious centers. Nevertheless, visiting the site remains the best way to observe the infrastructures and courses available and to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching. The testimonials of the members also give the possibility to observe the achievements of the team.
The atmosphere in the center and the activities organized by the team are also important for beginners. If they do not feel comfortable, the rider apprentices can actually lose interest in this activity.
Dropouts caused by the atmosphere are quite common among the youngest, but also affect teenagers and adults.
